RACHEL HARLESS

I am so glad you found my little piece of the internet.  I'm Rachel, and I am a wedding, lifestyle photographer. I am based out of a small town in West Virginia. I'm a down to earth, people loving, small town gal. I am always sarcastic and HUGELY sentimental, I strongly believe in having a good time. I love capturing real life moments. Beautiful and mundane life. Somewhere in the normality of life are moments of raw emotion and beauty, and when frozen those moments last a lifetime. I am all about documenting real, authentic moments for couples and families who appreciate adventure and creativity. I am a photographer who cherishes the beauty found in a fleeting moment.  

 

I love cardigans, TOMS, coffee and Fall. I am a hopeless romantic and I believe family is EVERYTHING! I have been with the man of my dreams and absolute best friend for 8 years now.  I have two beautiful humans that call me momma, and they are my world. I am constantly looking for something new and fun to do with my kiddos. I have an odd obsession with stormy days and lifetime movies. I spend more time at target than any person probably should and I'm pretty sure I am made up entirely of coffee. No joke, I cannot function properly without it. 

 

If you are looking for a photographer who uses a ton of props, effects or dreamy filters..I am not your gal. If you expect every strand of hair to be in place and a ton of editing to make you look "perfect"...I am NOT your gal. I document real life and people and REAL life are not perfect.
